Richard
John Latiolais, CPA Rick has been in public
practice as a CPA since 1990. Prior
to this he served as controller for a multi faceted, international oilfield
service company. He has fourteen
years of extensive experience in accounting and taxation issues related to the
oil and gas exploration and drilling industries.
His clients range from individual producers and royalty owners to public
corporations. He serves as a
financial consultant for a variety of business and individuals in various other
industries. He has been a member of
the Council for Petroleum Accountants Society (COPAS) for the past six years, a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a
member in the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA),
